Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period — monthly or annual. We do not auto-renew and we do not store a payment mandate: when a period ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays intact. You choose whether and when to renew. Anything above the Free plan's limits remains viewable; you simply can't add new records beyond those limits until you renew.
Prices shown on the pricing page include applicable taxes. We may change the price of a plan for new purchases at any time. A price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
If a paid plan isn't right for you, email support@usewealthwise.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, per your bank's and Razorpay's own timelines.
A refund moves your account to the Free plan immediately — unlike cancelling, which keeps your paid plan until the period you already paid for ends, a refund means you keep the money, not the access. If the purchase was a Founding Member enrolment, refunding it releases that place back into the pool.
The first 250 members to purchase an annual paid plan are enrolled as Founding Members and receive the launch price for that plan. Monthly plans are not eligible for Founding Member pricing and are billed at the regular monthly rate. Enrolment closes permanently once 250 places are taken. Founding Member status attaches to your subscription and is not transferable.
Your Founding Member price is locked for 5 years from the date you enrol, for as long as your subscription remains active. Because we do not auto-renew, we also apply a 60-day grace period: if your paid period ends and you renew within 60 days, your locked price still applies. If you renew more than 60 days after your period ended, the price then current for that plan applies instead. While your lock is active it applies to whichever paid plan you hold, so upgrading keeps you on Founding Member pricing for the new plan — upgrading does not extend the 5-year period, which runs from your original enrolment. Your current renewal price, lock status and lock end date are always shown on your subscription page.
After 5 years your subscription simply renews at the price then current for your plan. We'll email you before your Founding Member pricing ends, so the change is never a surprise. Your Founding Member badge is yours permanently either way.
